Deadlines

Q: When is the deadline to submit my legal notice?

To ensure your notice appears in your desired edition, please complete your submission and payment by 3:00 PM on the following days:

Note: Submissions booked after 3:00 PM will only be able to be scheduled for the next available publication date.

Q: Why are deadlines earlier than the actual publication?

Our Monday edition covers both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. This requires an earlier production and distribution window to ensure all legal requirements for both jurisdictions are met on time. The same goes for our Thursday Miami-Dade publication.

Q: If the notice I wish to publish is not listed what should I do?

Use the “Other” option as this allows you to type in the notice you wish to publish. Please note that upon our team review price may vary.

The Proof of Publication (Affidavit) FAQ

Q: How and when do I get my Proof of Publication?

We provide digital proofs for your legal records:

• Affidavits: Available for download via your user dashboard within the last day of publication (Monday or Thursday).
• All affidavits are notarized.
• No affidavits will be mailed.
• Affidavits will be emailed to the email used when the ad was placed.

Legal Notice Submission Agreement

• Accuracy: The petitioner/client is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the legal notice.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing before the deadline. Once a notice has entered the print production phase, refunds cannot be issued.
• Affidavits: Notarized affidavits are legal documents. We provide digital copies as a courtesy.
